full certifications including FCC, RoHS, CE, EU ErP Energy Label and SCCP.You may place orders with

3. Q: Do you support customization services?

Customization is available for our products. We offer custom sizing and wood material options,

 including walnut, rubber wood, maple, beech and other timbers for your selection.

4. Q: Do you have lamp base models powered by batteries?

Yes. Our lamp bases cover multiple power supply solutions: USB-powered solely, independent 

battery-powered, as well as dual power supply compatible with both USB and batteries.

5. Q: How will you handle defective items upon receipt?

All products undergo 100% strict quality inspection before shipment to guarantee intact 

appearance and normal functionality of every lamp base. However, if goods get damaged

due to rough handling during transportation, we shall take full responsibility. You are entitled

to choose either a full refund or a free reshipment of replacement goods.

6. Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment options including Credit Card, PayPal, 

Western Union, MoneyGram and Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).

7. Q: Which shipping methods are available?

We provide air freight, railway transport and sea freight solutions. 

Freight charges vary by shipping mode. We never mark up shipping fees for profits;

We will quote you based on the real-time rates offered by our long-term cooperative freight forwarders.

8. Q: Could you provide free samples?

We can waive the sample fee, yet the international shipping cost shall be borne by your side. 

If you are satisfied with the samples and place a subsequent bulk order, we will refund the shipping fee.
